Product Requirements Come Before Scheduling

Deep Trucking LLC coordinates refrigerated goods transportation in Pennsylvania and surrounding states for eligible chilled and temperature-sensitive commercial products with documented transit requirements.

Eligible requests may include refrigerated food transportation, perishable goods transportation, chilled freight transportation, and other temperature-controlled freight. Product type alone does not establish whether a shipment can be accepted. The required transit conditions, product preparation, packaging, route, equipment capability, and facility procedures must also be evaluated.

Two shipments may require similar temperature settings while having different packaging, loading procedures, appointment restrictions, or receiving conditions. Every request is therefore reviewed according to the specific product and transportation instructions provided by the customer.

Before accepting a shipment, our team reviews the commodity, requested temperature setting or acceptable range, expected product temperature at pickup, packaging, pallet count, dimensions, total weight, route, appointment times, loading procedures, and facility instructions. Equipment capability and availability must be evaluated against those requirements before transportation can be confirmed.

Unless otherwise agreed, freight should be brought to the required shipping temperature before loading and packaged for the expected transit conditions. Temperature-recording, cleanliness, documentation, and special-handling requirements must be disclosed in advance.
