Transportation Planned Around Product Requirements

Based in Breinigsville, Deep Trucking LLC provides refrigerated transportation in Pennsylvania and surrounding states for eligible commercial freight requiring controlled transit conditions.

Before accepting a load, our team reviews the commodity, requested temperature setting or range, packaging, pallet count, weight, dimensions, route, appointments, and facility instructions. Equipment capability and availability are evaluated against the submitted shipment requirements before scheduling.

Refrigerated trailers are generally used to help maintain the required product temperature during transportation—not to rapidly cool freight that is loaded at an unsuitable temperature. Unless otherwise agreed, products should be prepared at the required shipping temperature before pickup.

SUITABLE FREIGHT

Freight That May Require Refrigerated Transportation

Our refrigerated freight service may support eligible packaged and palletized products such as:

  • Dairy and refrigerated food products
  • Packaged chilled foods
  • Fresh produce and agricultural goods
  • Temperature-sensitive beverages and ingredients
  • Perishable consumer products
  • Other eligible temperature-sensitive commercial freight

Medical or pharmaceutical products require separate review and written confirmation of their temperature, documentation, equipment, and handling requirements.

Freight that does not require temperature control may be more suitable for our Dry Van Transportation service.

BEFORE SCHEDULING

Temperature Details Must Be Clear Before Pickup

To evaluate a refrigerated shipment accurately, please provide:

  • Number of pallets or handling units
  • Packaging type, dimensions, and total weight
  • Pickup and delivery locations
  • Appointment times and facility instructions
